Booking a party is as simple as giving us a call at (716) 655-7529! You give us the date (or dates) that work for you, and we will check rental availability. If your date works, we will secure your rental with a $50 deposit the day of booking. We’ll take some basic contact information down, as well as details of your party and catalog it until the week of your party! 

Once you book, expect a call within a week of your party from our staff. We typically tell our customers 3-4 days before your event. This is because a lot can change within the time you book to your actual party! You can finalize your party details with us (i.e. Adding guests, more pizza, different sport, etc) during this call. We will take your pizza & drink order at this time so we can order it in the day of your party. 

The day of your party is smooth sailing! If the Mezzanine isn’t unlocked, simply knock on our office door or find a staff member to unlock it for you! If there’s no party before you, you are welcome to take extra snacks, decorations, & presents upstairs before your party begins. Otherwise, you are welcome to our boarded field when your rental time begins. Enjoy your time on the field with your family & friends and then your group can go upstairs to enjoy your food in our Mezzanine.

Nerf Dart Parties are one of our most popular events at the park! To start, call Justin Dangler at Rochester Foam Dart at (585) 748-8087 and give him dates for your party. Their team will confirm the date with us and then we book your party in our schedule. Rochester Foam Dart will then contact you to confirm your party when it’s booked. It’s that simple! If you’d like to book the Mezzanine and get pizza for your party you are welcome to do that by calling us at (716) 655-7529. Reminder: Your Nerf Dart Party and rental with us are separate purchases! You must call us and book the Mezzanine & put in your pizza order separately. Just as our normal parties, we will call you 3-4 days before your party to take your pizza order.
